Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed before 12 midday are processed on the same day. I will endevour to meet your deadlines on short notice if any, please do message me via the contact me page or on social media.

Ready made product will be send straight away. Bespoke orders can be as quick as a week.

Sometimes, I may be on a break or away and I will clearly display this on the website. 

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use Royal Mail as a rule. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • International Delivery:(not currently available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (all regions)

If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that region at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Delivery Issues

Kaali Made It is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will support you where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

All items are handmade and packaged with care.
